... gaah - its not just me who can't be doing with it. I now know how to detach the key pads - so that I can reach them - in every shop in Birdyville. And while I can type in my number, I can't do it so that no-one else can see. I may get a chip and sign card, I'll see how it goes. But when I last visited the shop where I get my wheelchair 'seen to' - a place they get a lot of older customers - they reported the following conversation on a daily basis:

Shop Assistant: Do you know your pin number?

Older customer: Yes, its 9 4 5....

Shop Assistant: Please don't tell me!....
