...is not a phrase I often use, but the news that a judge in the US has finally asserted that so called intelligent design is anything but.

That makes the world a slightly less scary place.

..and in other news I'm nearly recovered from the shock of losing the house and actually saw another today which we liked better - in some ways - and less in others. We're going to catch up on sleep before making any decisions. All your good wishes are really helping.
