Ironically enough....

...I have a chest infection. I've always prided myself on not having chest infections - something of a concern to people who use wheelchairs, or at least those who have serious upper body limitations, like I have.

I mean movement, of course, I'm otherwise pleasently proportioned.

So I'm more than a bit under the weather at present. Please bear with me - I'm being comforted and consoled by the virtual cast of CSI - its a pretty good little game, although fairly brief.

And any immune boosting ideas, bearing in mind I already eat lots of ginger and garlic, fruit and veg, am 90% vegetarian, and drink 4 pints of water a day and use echinacea when I have the start of an infection?
