I have to say..

that potato salad made with boiled potatoes (skins on, of course) and a dressing made with olive oil, cider vinegar, some capers found knocking around at the back of the fridge of indeterminate age and some dried dill is pretty yummy. Must put the dressing on when the potatoes are still hot.
